Installation

The VMG installation is simple – make it fit to your facility. Our requirements from you are twofold: first the water inlet to the VMG Oxygenation System must be sealed to the water source, and secondly, the outlet of oxygenated water must be submersed in water. After that we design the system to meet your needs.

We also offer flexibility in the physical layout of equipment. You can locate your system directly over, or adjacent to raceways. We can utilize one large oxygenation system or multiple smaller systems, depending on the quantity of water you need to treat and where it is located in your facility. We design our system to fit your facility so you don't have to undergo unnecessary and costly modifications to meet the needs of the Oxygenation System.

Small GASTACs with individual tanks

This design can be used when you don't want to mix water between tanks. It is also efficient if you don't need oxygen added and/or removed from all tanks at the same time.

Large GASTAC distributing to multiple tanks
This design is used when you don't need to isolate individual tanks, and the same oxygen saturation and/or nitrogen removal is needed for all tanks.

GASTACs feeding header box serving multiple raceways
This design efficiently serves facilities with large volumes of water flowing through the system.
