Our superior process eliminates excess nitrogen to reduce mortality rates, increases oxygen to improve growth, and maintains total gas pressure under 100%. Engineering excellence
GASTAC technology increases dissolved oxygen while releasing nitrogen in a intensely turbulent atmosphere. Materials used for these highly engineered components inhibit algae growth, which result in a clean, low maintenaince environment. Available in three sizes, GASTAC systems are easily configured for any operation. Because of our approach that utilizes turbulence in the water, we require a seven foot (two meter) head of water for our systems.

Even greater efficiency
For fish operations looking to achieve even greater production or oxygen saturation, VMG has designed a GASTAC with advanced capabilities. While the technology of removing excess nitrogen is the same as our standard GASTAC, a pure oxygen injection system enriches both the atmosphere and dissolved oxygen levels. This process has resulted in a 105% efficiency rate in actual operations.
