Dear Bruce,

I have meant to mail on several occasions to praise your machine and the excellent delivery service. In fact it seemed much easier to order some thing from the you in across the Atlantic than it does from anywhere in the UK.

I received the machine just in time time to shock and short all of our salmon ova, and I found it fantastic (beats hand picking for sure). It certainly did a good job and I found very easy to calibrate and use.
